Many of you have requested a printable version of the 2026 wall calendar. So we have created it for you.
This printed calendar is based on the Karma Kagyu Calendar, which is calculated according to the ancient Tsurphu/Tsurluk calendrical system, following the instructions of His Holiness Karmapa.
Very special thanks for the detailed and blessed ideas, advice and help to His Eminence Jamgon Kongtrul Rinpoche.
For contributing to this calendar in the best way, special thanks to Venerable Lama Monlamgyatso Rinpoche.
This is the official edition of the Karma Kagyu Calendar. Produced in cooperation with Galinka Publishing House with the collaboration of Jampa Chopel, Micha Donges, Laszlo Fabian, Zsoka Gelle, Karma Jamyang, Magda Jung, Tokpa Korlo, Stephane Offort, Nagendra Saha, Gabriella Turanyi, Kalsang Wangchuk.

Two file versions are available. We recommend that you download both and take them to the printing company/copy centre. Approx. 45 MB per file. For detailed help on printing, see below.
As this wall calendar is in A3 size (297 x 420 millimetres, 11-3/4 x 16-1/2 inches) and in our experience few people have a device capable of printing A3 documents, it's a good idea to have the job done by a nearby printing company/copy centre.
Two versions of the file were created (one with the crop marks and the bleeds). Take both to the printing company/copy centre and they will choose which one to work with.
We do not recommend scaling down this wall calendar to A4 or Letter size, as the letters will be too small. (This is why we have chosen A3 format.) Scaling to Letter can even distort proportions. The same should also be taken into account when converting to Tabloid/Ledger, which is similar to A3.
It is better to print on heavier than normal office paper, 80 grams, to make it more stable on the wall. We recommend at least 180 gram paper.
If you choose heavier, thicker paper, double-sided printing is also an option. In this case, think about how you will be turning the pages.
A change from previous years is that the last page (which shows thumbnails of the calendar pages) should be printed on the back of the penultimate page ('Legend and Descriptions of The Special Days') - so it will be on the back of the entire wall calendar. But if you prefer, this page can be omitted.
And for nice pictures, it's worth printing in colour.
We don't think laminating is necessary, but a matte or glossy film can look nice on paper. Not every printing company/copy centre can do this.
Most printing companies/copy centre will also do the stapling of the pages, but you can easily do it yourself. There are many do-it-yourself tutorials on social media and video sharing sites.
