།གང་ཚེ་རྐང་གཉིས་གཙོ་བོ་ཁྱོད་བལྟམས་ཚེ།
།ས་ཆེན་འདི་ལ་གོམ་པ་བདུན་བོར་ནས།
།ང་ནི་འཇིག་རྟེན་འདི་ན་མཆོག་ཅེས་གསུངས།
།དེ་ཚེ་མཁས་པ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།

When you were born, chief among human beings,
You took seven steps on this earth and said:
“In this world I am supreme.”
To you, O wise one, I pay homage!

གང་གིས་ཐུགས་བརྩེས་ཉེར་བཟུང་ནས།།
ལྟ་བ་ཐམས་ཅད་སྤང་བའི་ཕྱིར།།
དམ་པའི་ཆོས་ནི་སྟོན་མཛད་པའི།།
གཽ་ཏམ་དེ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།།

Enthused by great compassion,
You taught the immaculate Dharma
To dispel all perverted views.
To you, the Buddha Gautama, I pay homage.

།ཐབས་མཁས་ཐུགས་རྗེས་ཤཱཀྱའི་རིགས་འཁྲུངས་ཤིང༌།
།གཞན་གྱིས་མི་ཐུབ་བདུད་ཀྱི་དཔུང་འཇོམས་པ།
།གསེར་གྱི་ལྷུན་པོ་ལྟ་བུར་བརྗིད་པའི་སྐུ།
།ཤཱཀྱའི་རྒྱལ་པོ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།

With skilful means and compassion, you were born in the Śākya clan,
Unconquerable by others, you vanquished Māra's hordes,
Your physical form resplendent, like a mountain of gold.
To you, the King of the Śākyas, I pay homage!

།རྣམ་དག་སྐུ་མངའ་མཆོག་ཏུ་གཟུགས་བཟང་བ།
།ཡེ་ཤེས་རྒྱ་མཚོ་གསེར་གྱི་ལྷུན་པོ་འདྲ།
།གྲགས་པ་འཇིག་རྟེན་གསུམ་ན་ལྷམ་མེ་བ།
།མགོན་པོ་མཆོག་བརྙེས་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།

You’ve the purest of bodies, the finest of forms.
You’re an ocean of wisdom, a mountain of gold.
Your fame resounds throughout the three worlds.
I prostrate to you, the protector who achieved the ultimate.

།།མཚན་མཆོག་ལྡན་པ་དྲི་མེད་ཟླ་བའི་ཞལ།
།གསེར་མདོག་འདྲ་བ་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།
།རྡུལ་བྲལ་ཁྱོད་འདྲ་སྲིད་པ་གསུམ་ན་མཛེས།
།མཉམ་མེད་མཁྱེན་ཅན་ཁྱོད་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ།

You have the great marks and a face like the stainless moon.
I prostrate to you whose color is like gold.
You are immaculate; there is no one like you in the three worlds.
I prostrate to and praise you whose great wisdom is peerless.

།མི་མཆོག་འདུལ་བ་ཁ་ལོ་སྒྱུར་མཛད་ཅིང་།
།ཀུན་སྦྱོར་འཆིང་བ་གཅོད་མཛད་དེ་བཞིན་གཤེགས།
།དབང་པོ་ཞི་ཞིང་ཉེར་ཞི་ཞི་ལ་མཁས།
།མཉན་ཡོད་བཞུགས་པ་དེ་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །

Best among humans, the tathāgata
Tames us and guides; he cuts the bonds and fetters.
His faculties peaceful, pacified, skilled in peace—
To him who dwelled in Śrāvastī, I prostrate.

~ Vinayavibhaṅga

སྙིང་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོས་རྩོད་ལྡན་སྙིགས་མའི་ཞིང་། །
བཟུང་ནས་སྨོན་ལམ་ཆེན་པོ་ལྔ་བརྒྱ་བཏབ། །
པད་དཀར་ལྟར་བསྔགས་མཚན་ཐོས་ཕྱིར་མི་ལྡོག །
སྟོན་པ་ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཅན་ལ་ཕྱག་འཚལ་ལོ། །

With your great compassion, you embraced this turbulent and degenerate world,
and made five hundred mighty aspirations.
You are as exalted as the white lotus; whoever hears your name shall never return to samsara—
most compassionate teacher, to you I pay homage!
