Chenrezig Mantra Collection

is in progress and we are already over
289 million!

With this you can support the activities of His Holiness Karmapa. Every Mantra counts!

Following His Holiness the Karmapa's advice earlier, we encourage you to increase the number of Chenrezig Mantras. This is why we launched the Chenrezig Mantra Counter on April 5, 2020.

Please submit to us the number of Csenrezig Mantras (OM MANI PEME HUNG) you have recited by filling in this form.

You can use it every day or more often. And you can enter only one Mantra recited, because every Mantra counts!

The Chenrezig Mantras collected in this way will be dedicated to His Holiness Karmapa to support his activities.

For more information, see the FAQ section below!

Stay tuned!

Thank you very very much!

Occasionally, after filling out, when you exit the page, your browser will offer to resend the page.

(Because in this case, this error occurs: the system registers the number in the counter several times!)

Frequently Asked Questions

You will find answers to some basic questions here, but it is best to consult your Guru or Teacher for clarification.

Can I use the counter every day?

Yes of course. In fact, you can use it several times a day!

I just want to enter one Mantra. Is it possible?

Yes, it is possible. Every Mantra counts!

Can the Mantras I am expected to recite be entered in advance?

Please enter only the Mantras you have already recited!

How long can I enter Mantras? So how long does this counter work?

We are not planning an end. Currently, hundreds of thousands of Mantras accumulate daily.

After each recited section, should I enter the recited Mantras in the counter, or rather daily? Or weekly?

As comfortable for you, do it.

If I recite a circle using mala, how many Mantras does it count? 1 or 108?

108. Because each pearl of the mala counts as one.

Which mantra should I recite: OM MANI PEME HUNG or OM MANI PADME HUM?

The two are the same, meaning whichever you want. (OM MANI PEME HUNG is Tibetan, OM MANI PADME HUM is Sanskrit.)

Is it necessary to use mala?

No, but it's useful. On the one hand, it helps with counting. On the other hand, in addition to speech and mind, it also activates the body (according to the Three gates).

Is it possible to enter the number of Mantras multiple times on multiple days? So, for example, on 10 million times day, if I recite 1 Mantra, do I have to enter 10 million?

Definitely NO! Always enter exactly in the Counter as much as you recited "physically" before.
